About this job
- Lead and supervise a group of operators/leaders to ensure smooth operation.
- Achieve daily production schedule with minimum yield loss.
- Initiate manpower deployment.
- Enforce discipline and safety on the shop floor.
- Prioritization of models base on the urgent need's basis.
- Promote Safety awareness.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering
- Prefer 2 – 3 years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing environment.
- Good interpersonal, team-building and supervisory skill.
- Good communication, and report-writing skill.
- Proactive and process good problem-solving skill.
