Operations Assistant, Air Freight @ East | Permanent

Salary: Up to $4,000 per month

Location: Alps Avenue (Transport provided at designated pickup points)

Working Hours: 5.25 days week (Alternate Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Air Freight import documentation and customs clearance processing.
• Coordinate closely with overseas offices, agents, airlines, and local ground handlers to ensure timely clearance and cargo delivery.
• Perform system updates, import permit declarations, and prepare invoices and shipping documents.
• Address and resolve operational discrepancies or customs hold-ups efficiently.
• Provide accurate shipment status tracking and proactive customer service support to clients.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience in air freight operations.
• Knowledge of customs permit declaration procedures and standard import documentation.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational setting.
