Join ADEL LAW LLC as a Conveyancing Staff member to manage property transaction processes, liaise with clients and professionals, prepare legal documents, and ensure compliance with legal requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the conveyancing process for property transactions, including private sales, to ensure timely and accurate completion
• Liaise effectively with clients, agents, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth transaction workflows
• Conduct property searches and prepare all necessary legal documentation related to conveyancing
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and meet transaction deadlines consistently
• Provide clear, timely updates to clients on the status of their property transactions
• Address and resolve queries or issues arising during the conveyancing process promptly
• Work independently and collaboratively within the team to support transaction objectives
• Apply strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple conveyancing cases efficiently
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and proactively identify and solve potential problems during transactions
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal forms with all stakeholders

Required competencies and certifications

• At least one (1) year of experience in conveyancing, preferably with private property sale transactions
• Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in conveyancing works, preferably private sale transactions
