Job Summary

Lead restaurant operations to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction by managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in line with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement revenue-maximizing strategies to increase restaurant profitability
• Manage manpower schedules and coordinate staff training to improve team performance and customer service quality
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Supervise food, beverage, and labor cost controls to ensure adherence to budget limits
• Enforce workplace safety and cleanliness standards according to company guidelines
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning aligned with company policies

• Communicate fluently in English to effectively interact with team members and guests
