Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out intensive planned Preventive Maintenance program for all Utilities
- Draw out spare parts from storeman for machine repair/PM
- Carry out Preventive Maintenance for Air conditioning and Utilities based on PM schedule
- Carry out maintenance, troubleshooting and functional checks of aircond system to ensure serviceability
- Maintain and support plant facilities and Utilities equipment to meet cost, quality and productivity standard
- Assist in installation, modification and improvement works of utilities system
- Duty and responsibilities to ensure all work are carried out in a safe manner ,health and safety regulations
- Conduct troubleshooting and fault analysis, simple maintenance such as filter cleaning, oil change for the utilities equipment
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Min Diploma /Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or other related Engineering fields.
- Min 2 years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, food safety and workplace safety requirements
- Candidates holding Class 1 Boiler cert will be an advantage
- Willing to respond to emergency breakdowns when required
