Job Summary

TD Fabrics seeks a Quantity Surveyor (QS) with strong numerical and costing skills and a passion for client engagement to manage project costing, prepare quotations, review specifications, and support business development in interior, hospitality, and soft-furnishing projects.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and prepare accurate project cost estimates and quotations for interior, hospitality, and soft-furnishing projects to support sales efforts
• Review project specifications to ensure alignment with client requirements and project scope
• Collaborate with clients and industry partners to build and maintain strong business relationships that drive growth
• Support business development activities by identifying opportunities and contributing to client meetings and presentations
• Communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project progress and client satisfaction
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude by anticipating client needs and addressing challenges promptly and effectively
