Job Summary

Supports the Manager in overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining service quality, and assisting in achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to complete assigned tasks efficiently while meeting quality standards
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest comments, requests, and complaints, taking ownership to resolve issues
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity to maintain operational effectiveness
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales KPIs assigned by management to drive business growth
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and improve service delivery
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to uphold customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts and coordinating work assignments to optimize workforce utilization

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Food & Beverage industry
• Strong leadership skills demonstrated by effectively managing and motivating teams
• Effective communication skills applied in staff supervision and customer interaction
