We work with clients like ByteDance, Deloitte, TikTok, Google, Singtel, and Marina Bay Sands to craft corporate gifting experiences — from curated gift sets to branded merchandise and live personalisation stations at events. With our own production facility in Singapore for fast-turnaround orders, plus offices in Kuala Lumpur and China, we offer end-to-end gifting solutions across the region.

We're growing our sales team and looking for a Business Development Executive to help us win and grow B2B relationships with companies across Singapore.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing new B2B corporate gifting business, as well as growing relationships with existing clients. You'll work closely with our design and production teams to turn client briefs into gifting solutions that get results.

What You'll Do

• Identify and prospect new B2B clients across industries (corporates, MNCs, SMEs, agencies, event organisers)
• Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, needs discovery, proposal, quotation, negotiation, and closing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
• Understand client briefs (branding, budget, timeline, occasion) and work with our internal design/production teams to shape the right solution
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations tailored to client needs
• Keep on top of seasonal/festive gifting cycles (e.g. Christmas, Mid-Autumn, Deepavali) and proactively reach out to clients ahead of peak periods
• Leverage our in-house production facility to offer fast turnaround for urgent client requests
• Coordinate with our KL and China offices where cross-border sourcing or fulfilment is needed
• Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and sales activity (CRM)
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Who We're Looking For

We're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds — what matters most is drive, people skills, and a willingness to learn the gifting business. You could be a strong fit if you have:

• Corporate gifts / merchandising background — you already know the industry and want to move into a sales-focused role
• Sales experience — B2B sales, account management, or client-facing roles in any industry
• Events management background — you're used to managing client briefs, vendors, and deadlines, and want to transition into a sales career

Beyond background, we're looking for someone who is:

• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
• A confident communicator and presenter, able to build trust with corporate clients (from HR/admin executives to senior decision-makers)
• Organised and able to juggle multiple client projects and deadlines at once
• Commercially minded, with a hunger to hit and exceed targets
• A team player, comfortable coordinating with design, production, and overseas offices
• Based in Singapore, with the flexibility to meet clients on-site when needed

Nice to Have

• Existing network of corporate/HR/admin contacts in Singapore
• Familiarity with branded merchandise, printing/customisation methods, or gifting sourcing
• Experience with CRM tools
