About the Role

Jupiter Concept Pte Ltd is looking for a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our growing sales team.

We specialise in textured paint and architectural finishes, serving both industry professionals and homeowners across residential and commercial projects in Singapore.

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will manage a mix of B2B and B2C customers — from interior designers, design firms and contractors to homeowners looking for distinctive finishes for their spaces.

Experience is an advantage, but attitude matters more to us.

We welcome junior candidates and those who are relatively new to sales, as long as you are motivated, positive, willing to learn and genuinely enjoy working with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to and follow up on direct homeowner enquiries from online channels, referrals, walk-ins and marketing campaigns
• Understand customers’ design preferences, project requirements, budget and timeline
• Recommend suitable textured paint, colours, finishes and applications
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and project proposals
• Follow each sales opportunity consistently from initial enquiry through confirmation
• Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, design firms, contractors and industry partners
• Develop new B2B accounts and grow repeat business from existing clients
• Conduct product, colour and material presentations for homeowners and industry clients
• Arrange samples and assist clients during the material and colour selection process
• Identify new residential and commercial project opportunities
• Coordinate closely with project and operations teams after sales confirmation
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, client activities and project pipelines
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute towards overall team growth

No prior textured paint or building-material experience is required. Product knowledge and training will be provided.

Fresh graduates and junior candidates with a strong interest in sales, design or the home and renovation industry are welcome to apply.

Candidates with prior experience in sales, interior design, renovation, home furnishing, paint or building materials will have an added advantage.

Remuneration & Career Growth

Basic Salary + Sales Commission + New Client Incentives
