CONSTRUCTION DESIGNER

Our company have been in the industry for almost 10 years already in Singapore. Our projects are mainly Interior Fit-outs for Condominiums, Commercial and Mixed-used development project. We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor.

About the job

• Understand tender requirements
• Exercise collaborative plan and define extend of works.
• Timely management of tender activities.
• Review and collect tender quotation with designated specifications.
• Review quantities and cross check for possible items that may have been overlooked.
• Proof reading for tender responses to highlight areas for incorporation of quantity and ensure issuance to stakeholders to quote for works.
• Review cost Impact.

Skills & Experience required

• Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years working experience
• Knowledgable with Microsoft Software especially Excel.
• Atleast know how to use Autocad.
