Technical IT Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will work closely with customers across the APAC region to implement, configure, integrate, and support our financial automation and invoicing solutions.

You will be responsible for delivering implementation projects for new and existing customers, understanding business requirements, designing technical solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of our products. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise, problem-solving, customer engagement, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Implementation

• Gather and analyse business and technical requirements from customers and stakeholders.
• Design, configure, and customize solutions to meet customer requirements and business processes.
• Develop and implement integrations between our platform and customer ERP, accounting, procurement, and other enterprise systems.

Customer Support & Consulting

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers across the APAC region.
• Investigate integration, workflow, and system-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support customer upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and change requests.

Solution Development

• Develop custom integrations, extensions, and automation solutions using APIs and related technologies.
• Configure workflows, approval processes, business rules, and system settings.
• Collaborate with product development teams to address customer requirements and product improvements.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with teams in Singapore and Norway to deliver implementation projects and customer support initiatives successfully.
• Contribute to process improvements, implementation methodologies, and documentation standards.
• Stay updated on product enhancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Required

• Good understanding of APIs, web services, data formats (JSON/XML), and system integrations.
• Experience working with databases and SQL.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as .NET, Azure, Power Platform, or related technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with financial systems, accounts payable automation, e-invoicing, ERP systems, or procurement solutions.
• Hands-on development experience using C# and .NET technologies.
• Experience integrating with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS applications and architecture.
• Experience in project implementation and customer-facing consulting roles.
