Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics
• Position Title: Accounts Executive
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,200 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain proper and up-to-date financial records and documentation
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Manage and track petty cash transactions
• Prepare basic financial reports and support month-end closing activities
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Handle inter-company billings and reconciliations across regional entities
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collection and payment
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties on finance-related matters
• Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data entry

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accountancy or relevant studies.
• Proficient in accounting software and basic accounting concepts.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with full set of accounts
