Job Title: Operations Executive (1 year contract under Recruit Express)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am –6pm

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Location: 10 Pasir Panjang Rd, Singapore 117438

Nearest MRT: Labrador Park MRT (10 min walk / 1 bus stop from Labrador Park MRT)

Salary: Up to $3000 + Up to $150 incentives monthly (after 3 months) + 1 month completion bonus

Job Duties:

• Managing assigned accounts to meet the agreed clients KPI and, SLAs within the allocated budget
• Competent in MS Office, customer service oriented (some supervisory experience needed)
• Liaising with customers and ground staff on all operational issues to ensure daily operations runs smoothly
• Primary escalation point for client on account service delivery issues
• Manage small teams of junior staffs to meet clients’ SLAs and KPIs based on approved budget and sizing
• Establish SOPs and drive processes compliance
• Manage clients’ expectations and build relationships through regular and scheduled engagements to share on monthly progress reports and achievement.
• Responsible for timely, accurate data reporting and client billing for both internal and external parties
• Initiate and drive incident closure with preventive and reactive actions to recover client confidence
• Handle, lead and drive changes below major requests for assigned accounts

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma holder
• Relevant supervisory experience
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure
• Strong ability to lead junior members confidently
