Senior IT Program & Portfolio Manager

The Senior IT Program & Portfolio Manager is responsible for leading complex, high-value technology programs and portfolios across multiple countries and business functions. The role provides strategic leadership across program delivery,transformation, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery assurance.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, high-risk technology initiatives, recover troubled programs, establish effective governance, and build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business stakeholders.

Experience working across Asia Pacific, telecommunications, financial services, government, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and digital transformation environmentsis highly desirable.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline
• 12+ years of experience in IT Program/Portfolio Management, Technology Transformation or PMO leadership.
• Proven track record delivering and turning around complex, high-risk technology programs.
• Strong C-suite, executive, customer and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience leading large, multi-country and cross-functional teams, preferably across APAC.
• Strong expertise in program governance, risk/RAID management, delivery assurance, financials and vendor management.
• Experience across digital transformation, infrastructure, cloud, networking, telecommunications or cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated commercial, strategic and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and executive presentation skills.
• Professional certifications such as PgMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, CISSPor ITIL, PMI-CPMAI – Certified Professional inManaging AI highly desirable.
• Other recognised certifications in program management, Agile, cybersecurity, cloud or IT service management.
