Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of high-performance, scalable, and maintainable applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Golang, SvelteKit, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions while contributing to system architecture, performance optimisation, and engineering best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Golang for backend development and SvelteKit for frontend development

• Design, develop, optimise, and maintain GraphQL APIs for data-driven applications

• Build and maintain microservices-based architectures that are scalable, modular, and resilient

• Design and optimise databases using PostgreSQL and MS SQL

• Develop efficient SQL queries and contribute to database performance tuning

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

• Participate in code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and maintainability

• Work with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing

• Contribute to system architecture and technical design discussions

• Troubleshoot and optimise application performance and system reliability

• Support and mentor junior engineers where required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or Backend Engineer

• Strong hands-on experience in Golang, SvelteKit or modern frontend frameworks (React/Vue.js), microservices and distributed systems, with strong SQL skills in PostgreSQL and/or MS SQL

• Familiarity with JavaScript, GraphQL APIs, CI/CD, automated testing, and Git/version control

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Good to Have

• Experience with AWS, Temporal Workflow, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, performance tuning, observability, system optimisation, team leadership/mentoring, C#, and cloud-native distributed application environments
