Job Description
As a KYC Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting client onboarding and account opening activities while ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for institutional and corporate clients
- Partner with front-office teams to prioritise onboarding requests and manage delivery timelines
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process
- Drive documentation collection, review, and account opening requirements
- Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and other internal stakeholders
- Provide timely updates on onboarding status and potential risks or delays
- Escalate issues proactively and identify solutions to improve onboarding efficiency and client experience
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this opportunity, you should possess:
- Degree qualification in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related discipline
- Min 2+ years of experience within KYC, Client Onboarding, AML, Account Opening, or related operations functions
- Previous experience in a client-facing or stakeholder management capacity
- Strong understanding of KYC and onboarding processes within financial services
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting would be advantageous
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset
