Job Description

• Lead the preparation and review of fund financial statements and periodic reporting deliverables
• Oversee capital call, distribution and liquidity management processes across multiple investment vehicles
• Coordinate annual audits and manage relationships with external fund administrators, auditors and service providers
• Support investment transactions, fund launches, restructurings and other strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Cayman Islands fund requirements and Singapore regulatory obligations
• Prepare investor reporting, fund performance analysis and ad hoc management reporting
• Partner with investment, investor relations and regional finance teams to drive operational excellence and governance standards

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline with a recognised accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
• 7+ years of experience within private equity, alternatives fund accounting, fund operations or fund finance
• Strong understanding of closed-end fund structures, including capital calls, distributions, capital allocations and waterfall calculations
• Experience preparing or reviewing fund financial statements under IFRS and/or US GAAP
• Working knowledge of Cayman fund structures and Singapore fund management regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to manage audits, regulatory filings and investor reporting processes
• Track record of leading projects, driving operational improvements and managing stakeholder relationships
• Prior experience within a private equity manager, alternative asset manager or fund administration environment would be advantageous
