Job Description
- Help managing current and new customer accounts
- Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining relationships with vendors and customers
- Solving customer problems and help resolve issues
- Prepare shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers
- Excellent multitasking skills within workspace as well as computer software programs
- Projects a professional representative of our company
Requirement:
- 2 to 3 years in freight & logistics field
- Handling of LC shipment
