Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Landscaping
• Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
• Working Location: Clementi
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,800 + Handphone allowance $50 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare material take-offs, cost estimates, and budgets for civil, electrical, mechanical, and landscaping projects.
• Support the preparation and submission of tenders.
• Prepare progress payment claims and manage contractual matters.
• Coordinate and prepare correspondence with stakeholders, authorities, and relevant parties.
• Support the team with ad hoc duties as required.

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Proficient in MS Office and contract administration.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D) or SketchUp is an advantage.
