About this job

Device Deployment & Configuration:

  • Plan and execute the deployment of end-user devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices).
  • Configure and maintain device images, ensuring compliance with security and performance standards.

Device Security & Compliance:

  • Implement and enforce security policies for devices, ensuring threat protection and compliance with regulations.
  • Regularly update and patch devices to address vulnerabilities.

Endpoint Management:

  • Manage endpoint management tools for device inventory, remote monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on end-user devices.

Software Management:

  • Oversee deployment and updates for operating systems, applications, and software licenses.
  • Ensure software compliance and manage software licensing.

User Support & Training:

  • Provide technical support for end-user devices, addressing issues and inquiries.
  • Develop and deliver training and documentation to enhance user device management.

Asset Management:

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of end-user devices, including specifications, warranties, and locations.
  • Monitor device lifecycles and recommend replacements or upgrades.

Performance Optimization:

  • Optimize device performance and implement monitoring and tuning strategies for efficient device usage.

PowerShell Scripting:

  • Use PowerShell scripting to automate device management tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Okta Management:

  • Implement authentication flows, including adaptive MFA, role-based access control, and flexible authorization.
  • Configure factor enrollments, sign-on policies, and application policies.

Security & Compliance:

  • Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Manage access controls, authentication, and authorization within Okta.

Integration & Customization:

  • Integrate applications using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC protocols.
  • Perform business use case analysis and implement POCs within Okta.

User Support & Training:

  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with user training for Okta.
  • Create and maintain Okta user documentation and training materials.

Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Monitor Okta performance and usage, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Generate and provide reports on Okta usage and performance for management.

Google Workspace Administration:

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups within Google Workspace.
  • Implement and enforce security policies for Google Workspace to ensure data protection and compliance.
  • Configure Google Workspace applications, such as Gmail, Drive, and Calendar, to meetorganizational needs.

User Support & Training:

  • Provide technical support to end-users, addressing issues related to Google Workspace applications.
  • Develop and deliver training on Google Workspace best practices and functionality.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Monitor Google Workspace usage and performance, ensuring optimal service and uptime.
  • Generate reports on user activity and service health for management.

Zoom Administration:

  • Configure and manage Zoom accounts, user roles, and settings to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement security features for Zoom meetings and webinars, including encryption, authentication, and access controls.

User Support & Training:

  • Provide support for Zoom-related issues, troubleshooting video and audio problems, meeting setup, and integrations.
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure users can effectively use Zoom for meetings and webinars.

Integration & Customization:

  • Integrate Zoom with other collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
  • Customize Zoom settings to meet the organization's workflow and compliance requirements.

Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Monitor Zoom usage and performance, ensuring high availability and optimal user experience.
  • Generate reports on Zoom meetings, usage, and performance metrics for management.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

● 5-10 years of experience in identity and access management, end-user device management, and support.

● Proficiency in managing end-user devices and operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).

● Strong knowledge of endpoint security best practices and compliance requirements.

● Experience with IDP systems, endpoint management tools, and systems (Okta, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, AD).

● Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom).

● Knowledge of security best practices and compliance within Okta, MEM, Google Workspace, and Zoom.

● Experience with scripting and automation via APIs.

● Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
