Role Overview
Sanmina’s Accelerated Leadership Pathway (ALPS) is a 2.5-years management trainee programme aimed to develop high-potential engineering, operations, and business graduates into future leaders in complex, global manufacturing operations.
As an ALPS Management Trainee, you will be rotated through 5 different departments to gain a deep understanding of our manufacturing ecosystem. You will engage in strategic, engineering, and operational tasks to build a well-rounded foundation for a future leadership career at Sanmina.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee Quality Management Systems ensuring compliance with global medical and industrial standards.
- Program Management: Serve as the strategic bridge with global customers, orchestrating complex portfolios from forecast to fulfillment.
- Material Control: Manage inventory flow and supply chain activities to support efficient, uninterrupted production.
- Manufacturing and Test Engineering: Lead New Product Introductions (NPI) and optimize manufacturing processes for complex electronic products and develop test solutions and troubleshoot advanced hardware to ensure product performance and reliability.
- Production: Gain hands-on experience managing high-speed production lines and diverse teams while driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Who Should Apply
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical capabilities and good communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field. Graduates or candidates with 3 years of electronics manufacturing experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong track record of leadership or initiative in student associations, sports, volunteering, or co-curricular activities.
- Strong interest to build a career in Contract Electronics Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, and basic knowledge of AI tools.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and quality concepts gained through academic coursework, projects, internships, or practical training.
- Able to work collaboratively in a manufacturing and cross-functional team environment.
- Fast learner, take initiative, and develop technical and professional skills in a hands-on engineering environment.

- Program Completion: Upon successful completion, Management Trainees will take on full-time positions to further specialize their skill sets and continue their leadership development journey.
