Business Development Manager

Oversee interior renovation projects, manage client relationships, handle material & equipment procurement, project quotation and end-to-end project management for renovation works.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full renovation workflow from client consultation, design confirmation, material procurement, quotation preparation to project handover.
- Source and evaluate construction & finishing materials and equipment; compare suppliers and control material cost.
- Prepare detailed project quotations, cost estimation and contract documents for renovation projects.
- Communicate closely with clients to understand renovation requirements, update project progress and resolve on-site queries.
- Conduct overall project management, monitor construction schedule, site quality and progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, site supervisors and internal teams to mitigate project risks.
- Develop new client leads, maintain existing customer relationships and achieve company sales targets.
- Prepare regular project progress reports and track payment collection.

Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on working experience in interior renovation and equipment installation.
- In-depth knowledge of renovation procedures, material sourcing, project costing and quotation.
- Strong client communication, negotiation and project management capabilities.
- Mandarin speaking is preferred.
- Able to visit project sites across Singapore and meet clients.
