About this job
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented individuals to provide operational and administrative support to Community Operations in delivering community-based programmes and services that promote healthy lifestyles and improve population health outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
- Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of Community Care programmes and services.
- Perform data entry, appointment scheduling and billing of services in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain and update operational databases and systems in accordance with established guidelines.
Staff Administration
- Coordinate staff onboarding and offboarding activities, including access requests, equipment provisioning and account termination.
- Ensure new hires receive the necessary access rights and equipment on their first day of work.
- Ensure all access rights and equipment are recovered and terminated promptly upon staff departure.
Customer Service & Enquiries
- Manage and respond to enquiries received via phone calls and other communication channels.
- Provide professional and timely assistance to residents, partners and internal stakeholders.
Inventory & Logistics
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of consumables, equipment and operational supplies.
- Coordinate procurement and replenishment to ensure operational readiness.
Other Duties
- Support community events and outreach activities as required.
- Undertake any other duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in administration, operations or customer service.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Able to support operational requirements on weekends and public holidays when required.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in healthcare, community care or frontline operations would be advantageous.
- Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with administrative systems, scheduling and billing processes will be an added advantage.
