Facilities Technical Executive (M&E) - up to $2,500 base | 6 days work week

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of mechanical and electrical systems and identify potential issues
• Support the operation and maintenance of M&E systems within the facility
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with contractors and service providers
• Assist with troubleshooting and follow-up of equipment faults and maintenance issues
• Monitor contractors' maintenance works and ensure proper completion of assigned tasks
• Maintain maintenance records, service documentation and equipment information
• Provide basic facilities management administrative support, including work orders and invoice documentation
• Follow site safety procedures and support compliance with applicable maintenance and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, M&E Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline
• Basic understanding of M&E systems and maintenance practices
• Able to coordinate with contractors and work effectively in a site environment
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn
• Relevant facilities or M&E maintenance experience will be advantageous
