Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. This entry-level position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates starting their marketing careers.

The Marketing Associate will support day-to-day marketing activities, market research, and promotional campaigns while learning practical marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Assist with creating simple marketing content, presentations, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Help maintain the company's social media and online presence.
• Support email marketing and customer communication activities.
• Assist in organising events, promotions, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
• Collect and organise marketing data and prepare simple reports.
• Coordinate with sales, design, and other departments when required.
• Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance.
• Stay updated on basic marketing trends and new social media ideas.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior marketing experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
• Willingness to learn digital marketing and marketing tools.
• Creative, positive, and proactive attitude.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage but not required.
