About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, coordination, and control of site operations works to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, quality, and HSSE requirements. Acting as the primary site representative, the role provides technical, administrative, and leadership oversight to site teams and subcontractors, while coordinating closely with clients, EPCM representatives, and internal stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and review project execution plans in support of tendering and project mobilisation

  • Establish site organisation, control procedures, and execution methodology in line with Quality and SHE Plans

  • Plan, review, and control construction schedules, sequencing, and workfront readiness

  • Implement mitigation, contingency, and catch-up plans when progress deviates

  • Act as the full-time site representative responsible for overall site performance

  • Direct all phases of construction works and coordinate site teams and subcontractors

  • Conduct regular site inspections, site walks, and coordination meetings

  • Monitor construction progress against approved schedules and targets

  • Monitor productivity, earned value, and cost performance against approved budgets

  • Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements

About you

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 8–12 years of project experience, preferably in oil & gas / petrochemical environments
  • Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary site teams and subcontractors
  • Leadership, Execution Excellence, Problem Solving, Stakeholder Management, Safety Leadership, Accountability
  • Project Planning, Schedule Control, Cost & Productivity Management, QAQC, HSSE, Contract & VO Management
  • Working location – Pulau Bukom / Jurong Island / or where projects required
