Associate Engineer (West / No Experience Required)

Responsibilities:

• Execute production activities according to the production schedule and achieve targeted output levels.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment issues to minimize production downtime.
• Monitor and maintain optimal machine operational efficiency.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure product quality standards are met.
• Monitor and manage the movement of goods and materials using digital inventory tracking systems.
• Coordinate and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Perform final quality inspections prior to product delivery to customers.
• Support operational activities and other assigned duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any Engineering fields.
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members.
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced production environment.
