Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for leading maintenance activities including troubleshooting equipment failures, planning and performing predictive and corrective maintenance, managing spare parts, and training personnel to ensure operational reliability and safety.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment failures to restore functionality and minimize downtime
• Plan, schedule, and perform predictive and corrective maintenance to optimize equipment performance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records for compliance and analysis
• Prepare maintenance reports and conduct meetings to communicate status and improvements
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures to standardize and improve processes
• Track uptime, downtime, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) of CDS equipment to monitor reliability
• Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs) and implement corrective solutions to mitigate risks
• Manage spare parts inventory and ordering to ensure availability and reduce delays
• Lead Shift Technicians to complete all required tasks efficiently and on schedule
• Train technicians and customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance to enhance skills and safety
• Ensure high standards of safety and housekeeping and assist in related audits to maintain compliance
• Generate reports and presentations on maintenance activities and performance metrics
• Lead startup, commissioning, and installation of gas cabinets, VMB & panel, and process systems to ensure proper operation
• Participate in continuous improvement plans to enhance maintenance effectiveness
• Provide 24-hour standby support for emergency activation or shutdown to respond promptly to incidents
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as necessary to support operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree holder in Engineering related disciplines
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
