Job Description
Fabrication 2D materials-based devices. The main research goals include (1) transistor devices and circuits based on 2D semiconductors and (2) Explore new device structures such as tunnelling FET.
Qualifications
• PhD degree
• Strong communication skills, motivation in scientific research, and experience in writing scientific papers are required.
• Recent Ph.D. or postdocs with experience of device fabrication with EBL systems. Transistor device fabrication experience is also a plus.
• Applicants must have good publications in the field of 2D materials.
