Responsibilities:

Shipment Operations:

• Manage end-to-end Air & Sea import/export operations (FCL/LCL), including carrier bookings, cargo tracking, and site delivery arrangements.

Customs & Documentation:

• Prepare, audit, and issue critical shipping documentation including Notices of Arrival (NOA), Delivery Orders (DO), Bills of Lading (HBL/MBL), Air Waybills (HAWB/MAWB), commercial invoices, packing lists, and trade permits.
• Oversee smooth Singapore Customs clearance for both import and export cargo.

Client & Vendor Liaison:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ocean carriers, airlines, hauliers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth cargo clearance and provide timely updates.

Quotations & Billing:

• Calculate shipping costs, issue timely customer invoices, verify vendor rate sheets, and prepare competitive shipping quotes for client inquiries.

Problem Resolution:

• Resolve operational delays, shipment discrepancies, or customs holds efficiently.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure full compliance with Singapore Customs rules, international trade safety regulations, and internal company operating standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.

• Responsible, well-organised, and able to manage tasks effectively.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and responsibilities.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
