Event Executive (Balloons and Gifting)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, inflate, assemble, and arrange helium and air-filled balloons.
• Pack and quality-check balloon orders before dispatch.
• Set up balloon decorations on-site, including wedding aisle burst balloons, balloon arches, backdrops, and corporate event décor.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and installations.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation of the production area.
• Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring stock levels are sufficient.
• Assist in improving operational efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Able to work at least one weekend day every week. 5.5 days per week.
• Positive, cheerful, and dependable personality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during festive seasons.
• Fast learner with a willingness to continuously improve.
• Organised, punctual, and responsible.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision after training.
• No prior experience is required and we provide comprehensive training. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and perseverance.
• Physically fit and comfortable with standing, lifting, and moving event materials when required.
• At least Diploma and above.
