- Study contract documents, perform quantity take-offs, prepare budgets, and develop cost-reduction strategies.
- Call for quotations, conduct comparison, evaluate subcontractor/supplier bids, and prepare tender reports.
- Prepare, submit, and manage progress claims, interim valuations, and variation orders.
- Monitor site progress against budget, certify subcontractor payments, and negotiate final account closure.
- Provide advice on contractual claims, extension of time (EOT) requests, and ensure compliance with building regulations.
- preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), tender evaluation, cost estimation, contract administration, variation claims.
