Client Engagement & Health Strategy Specialist

As a Client Engagement & Health Strategy Specialist, you will play a dual role in client onboarding, account management, and personalized health coaching. Stationed on-site at our premises and working across different venues in Singapore, you will lead walk-in engagement and client account management.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Client Management: Stationed on-site during scheduled shifts to handle walk-in inquiries, conduct initial discovery discussions, present wellness packages, and onboard new clients.

• Personalized Health Coaching & Delivery: Conduct 1-on-1 physical training and strategic health guidance sessions at designated partner facilities, outdoor locations, or client premises to meet operational targets.

• Account Tracking & Retention: Maintain structured client progression logs, manage follow-up communications, track retention metrics, and foster long-term client relationships.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Allied Health, or recognized personal training/coaching certifications (e.g., ACE, NASM, NSCA, FISAF, SG Coach, or equivalent).

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in client-facing roles with a strong background in consultative sales, personal training, client acquisition, or allied health account management.

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent balance of consultative sales drive and practical coaching capability. Proactive, self-motivated, and confident in conducting face-to-face discussions.

• Mobility: Comfortable traveling locally to partner facilities or client locations across Singapore.

• Public Representation: Willingness to serve as a professional, public-facing brand ambassador for the company on official channels.

• Disciplined: Demonstrated professional discretion, integrity, and adherence to client data privacy standards (PDPA) required.

• Self-Direction & Autonomy: High level of personal initiative and ability to work independently at off-site client locations with minimal supervision.

• Professional Drive: Comfortable managing one's own schedule, client tracking, and local travel efficiently.
