Specialist, Recruitment (2-Year Contract)

Job Purpose
We are looking for a Specialist, Recruitment to support high-volume recruitment, primarily for non-executive and blue-collar roles. You will manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding and support mass hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.

• Handle high-volume recruitment and multiple vacancies to meet hiring targets.

• Source candidates through JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, FastJobs and other channels.

• Work with recruitment agencies when required to support hiring needs.

• Follow up with candidates on documentation and application progress.

• Support recruitment fairs, walk-in interviews, hiring drives and weekend recruitment events when required.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records, personnel files and recruitment reports.

• Conduct onboarding and induction for new joiners.

• Work closely with HR and hiring teams to support recruitment and onboarding requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of experience in high-volume or mass recruitment.

• Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate management skills.

• Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and a high volume of candidates.

• Good communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with ATS/SuccessFactors, Microsoft Lists or Power BI is an advantage.

• Proactive, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to support weekend recruitment events when required.
