About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading multinational company as a Retail Manager in the Orchard Central Region. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and success of the Bed Linen department, with a focus on exceptional merchandising and customer experience.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and sales performance

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to showcase products and drive sales

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers

• Lead and motivate a team of retail associates, providing training and support to help them excel

• Analyse sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in retail management, in the Bedroom products etc Bed linen, Quilt Cover , diffusor

• Proven track record in delivering exceptional merchandising and Retail Operations

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach

• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making

• Passion for the retail industry and a keen understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour
