SALES SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Sales Supervisor to oversee daily sales activities, support the sales team, and ensure targets are achieved. The role involves supervising sales staff, handling key customers, preparing quotations, and coordinating with operations for smooth order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily sales operations and team activities
• Assist Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor sales team performance and provide guidance/training
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for order processing and delivery
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of sales transactions
• Conduct site visits or client meetings when required
