Contract Manager / Senior Contracts Manager(QS / Quantity Surveyor) General Building Project experience

Tender & Pre-ContractManagement

· Review tender documents,drawings, and specifications.

· Identify contractual risksand advise management on mitigation strategies.

· Draft and prepare contractterms, conditions, and tender submissions.

· Negotiate with clients,consultants, and subcontractors during tender stage.

· Ensure compliance withlegal, regulatory, and client requirements.

· Draft, review, and managecontracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

· Interpret contract termsand advise project teams on obligations.

· Manage variations, claims,and extensions of time.

· Ensure properdocumentation of contractual correspondence and approvals.

· Maintain compliance withstatutory and contractual requirements.

Qualifications & Education:

1. Degree in QuantitySurveying, Construction Management, or related field

2. Minimum 5 years ofexperience in contract management
