Woodlands / Contract Manager / Senior Contracts Manager(QS / Quantity Surveyor) General Building Project experience

· Lead a team of QuantitySurveyors in managing procurement and contract administration

· Review contract documentsand provide cost estimates for tenders

· Prepare and monitorproject budgets and cash flow, adjusting projections as needed

· Manage contract progressclaims, subcontract payments, and variation claims

· Resolve contract disputesand assess claims for extensions of time and additional costs

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree inQuantity Surveying / Construction Management / Civil Engineering or relatedfields

· Minimum 3 years relevantexperience in contract negotiation, administration and/or management
