Configuration Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate product configurations and Bills of Materials (BOMs).

• Review quotations, sales orders, and configured products for accuracy.

• Support product changes, engineering updates and new product introductions.

• Participate in cross-functional configuration review meetings.

• Investigate and resolve configuration-related issues.

• Help improve business processes, data quality and automation initiatives.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or its equivalent.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications and exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or manufacturing environments is an advantage.

• Digital & AI Mindset and Interest in automation, and digital technologies.

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate or similar tools is advantageous.

Candidates without relevant experience who enjoy solving complex problems, working with data, and driving process improvements in a technology-driven environment.
