Customer Service Representative

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders, and warehouse personnel for shipment readiness and delivery schedules.
• Assist and update customers with stock queries and shipment schedules promptly.
• Prepare and handle day-to-day documents for deliveries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse operation team to manage shipments (inbound/outbound) and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
• Ensure seamless communication between the warehouse and customers to facilitate smooth operations.
• Verify and issue the billing summaries to customers.
• Prepare monthly reports for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations and customer service.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and present findings to the Warehouse Manager.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager to support the team and warehouse operations.
• Assist with monthly stock takes, ensuring accurate inventory counts and reporting discrepancies to the relevant personnel.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min GCE “O” Level with 1 year of relevant experience in related field
• Basic understanding on shipping & warehousing knowledge
• Good interpersonal skill & customer service oriented
• Working location: Tuas (**Shuttle service is provided from/to Tuas West Road MRT**)
