Finance Executive (FP&A) Perm #HJH

Key Responsibilities

• Process recruitment commissions for local staff and in-country representatives.
• Prepare monthly/yearly FPSG reports and annual reconciliation.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing, including revenue workings, journal entries and Navision postings.
• Prepare revenue and expense variance analysis, audit schedules and management/board reports.
• Prepare and consolidate annual budgets, including Navision budget load files.
• Support EduTrust, audit, tax, XBRL and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc finance duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience; full-set accounts experience preferred.
• Strong accounting fundamentals, analytical and Excel skills.
• Experience with Navision or similar accounting software preferred.
• Meticulous, organized, self-motivated and high in integrity.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
