Director/Associate, Hospitality Interior

• Partner closely with senior leadership to steer the team and translate business goals into on-ground delivery, shaping the creative and delivery direction of hospitality projects
• Own project P&L end-to-end, balancing design ambition with commercial discipline; this is a combination of Design Leadership and Project Management function
• Lead client relationships independently, building trust and confidence at every touchpoint
• Guide design development and project administration, keeping quality and standards front and centre
• Mentor and grow the team, offering feedback that sharpens both craft and confidence
• Champion the studio's culture and values, staying actively engaged in wider office initiatives and events

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Designing
• Minimum 7 years of experience especially in Hospitality, Commercial or Luxury/High-End Residential projects.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
