Communication & Administrative Senior Executive / Ass Manager

Job Description

Create and manage engaging content across digital and print channels to maximise outreach and SEO performance. Collaborate with clinical and management teams to communicate services, coordinate media relations, and plan fundraising activities to support organisational goals.

Responsibilities

• Write and design creative content for the organization’s website, social media channels, and marketing materials to maximise outreach
• Optimize content to increase search engine rankings and improve SEO performance
• Collaborate with the clinical team to gather insights on client needs and trends to effectively communicate services to stakeholders
• Research and apply for grants and funding from government ministries, foundations, and corporate social responsibility programs to support organizational projects
• Serve as the primary media liaison by coordinating interviews, defining interview objectives, preparing questions, and verifying accuracy of media reports and soundbites
• Monitor news channels for relevant reports related to the organization’s areas of work
• Support management and clinical teams in organizing and executing events
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and prepare presentation materials to build and strengthen partnerships
• Plan and execute fundraising activities to meet annual financial targets
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director
