M&E QUANTITY SURVEYOR

M&E project tender management

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and calculate Billing of Quantities
2. Sourcing and review cost from respective trade suppliers / subcontractors
3. Prepare tender documentation and submission
4. Assist on preliminary design proposal for design and build projects
5. Liaise with Project Manager on proposed project cost
6. Cost engineering for future project referencing

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant working experience in Mechanical and Electrical contracting firms
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook)
• AutoCad competency is an advantage
