As an Exercise Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary rehab team—turning clinical plans into real-world progress. You won’t just prescribe exercises; you’ll guide, motivate, and empower clients as they rebuild strength, confidence, and independence.
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with clinical case leads to bring personalised rehab plans to life
- Design and deliver safe, effective, and engaging exercise sessions
- Coach clients with clear instruction, encouragement, and accountability
- Track progress and provide timely updates to the clinical team
- Play a key role in ensuring clients successfully complete their rehab journey
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and be part of their transformation story

You Might Be a Great Fit If You Are:
- A Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor looking for a more stable and meaningful career path in the rehab space
- A fresh graduate in Sports Science or Exercise Physiology (e.g. NTU, PSB, Deakin, Edith Cowen, UWA)
- A Hospital Therapy Assistant (TA) with MSK rehab experience
- A practitioner from a private MSK or chiropractic clinic wanting to focus more on active rehab rather than passive modalities
What Success Looks Like
- You successfully complete our in-house training (within two attempts)
- You confidently deliver tailored exercise sessions aligned with clinical goals
- Your clients stay engaged, progress well, and complete their rehab journey
- You become a trusted and reliable member of the clinical team
Role Details
- Reporting to: Functional Rehab Department Lead
- Working with: Clinical Team Leads across assigned clinics
