Contract Manager / Senior Contracts Manager(QS / Quantity Surveyor) General Building Project experience

· Lead and manage the ID& MEP Quantity Surveying (QS) team.

· Oversee all commercialand contractual matters for A&A, Interior Design (ID), and MEP projects.

· Prepare, review, andevaluate tenders, quotations, and cost estimates.

· Develop project budgets,cost plans, and monitor project expenditure.

· Administer maincontracts and subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with contractualterms.

· Review and negotiatesubcontractor quotations and award recommendations.

· Prepare and assessvariation orders, progress claims, payment certificates, and final accounts.

· Monitor project costsand identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and projectrequirements.

· Liaise with clients,consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and Project Managers on contractual andcommercial matters.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree orDiploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, CivilEngineering, Interior Design, or a related discipline.

· Minimum 3-5 years ofrelevant experience in Quantity Surveying and contract administration withinthe construction industry.

· At least 2 years ofexperience leading a QS team.
