The Role
We are hiring Financial Planners to advise clients across protection, investment, retirement and legacy planning, supported by structured training and mentoring.

What You Will Do
- Engage prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals, risk profile and life priorities.
- Design personalised financial plans across protection, investment, retirement and legacy planning.
- Recommend suitable solutions and review client portfolios regularly to keep them on track.
- Build long-term client relationships through proactive servicing and regular reviews.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking and prospecting.
- Work with our marketing and events teams to create meaningful client experiences.
- Stay current on market developments, products and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all advice complies with MAS regulations and our professional standards.

What You Need
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline from a recognised institution.
- Experience in financial advisory, banking, insurance or sales is an advantage but not required.
- Must be able to meet the regulatory requirements to be appointed as a representative, including the relevant CMFAS examinations. Support and training are provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Remuneration
- Monthly earnings of S$5,000 to S$8,000, made up of allowance, commission and incentives. Actual earnings depend on individual performance.
- Quarterly and year-end bonuses.
- Recurring income with uncapped earning potential.
