Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily trading and business operations to ensure efficient workflow, accurate inventory management, and high-quality customer service. Lead staff performance and operational improvements to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily trading and business operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes
• Monitor staff activities to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
• Coordinate purchasing, sales, inventory management, warehouse, and delivery functions to optimize supply chain flow
• Monitor stock levels and enforce proper storage and handling procedures to maintain product quality
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and logistics providers to facilitate timely transactions and deliveries
• Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, records, and documentation for management review
• Verify orders, deliveries, and inventory records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Identify and resolve daily operational issues, escalating significant matters to management for action
• Enforce compliance with company procedures, workplace safety standards, and operational policies
• Train, guide, and evaluate staff performance to enhance team capabilities and productivity
• Support management initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer service quality
• Execute additional supervisory and operational duties as assigned by management
