HR Executive (Payroll & HR Administration)

Chateraise Singapore is looking for a HR Executive (Payroll & HR Administration)

Job Description:

• Manage recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, interviews and follow up on confirmed candidates and job offers.
• Preparation of employment contract, work pass applications, renewals and cancellations, medical examinations for foreign workers, maintenance of employee data and documentation
• Strong knowledge of Work Permit processes, levy administration, IR21 & IR8Asubmissions, and HR documentation
• Manage and issue monthly payroll and CPF submission, ensuring timely and accurate and timely payment.
• Manage all matters relating to submission of MOM surveys and mandatory documentations
• General HR duties and provide other administrative support and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Development, or related field.
• At least 1 years of relevant experience, including Payroll Administration
• Well-versed in the Employment Act and related Singapore labor/employment related legislations.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Must be able to converse in English and Mandarin (for training of Mandarin speaking employees).
