Wellness Facial Therapist (High Tech Spa - High Value Client))

💼 Role Responsibilities

• Perform face massage treatments with precision and consistency
• Deliver a luxury client experience with strong attention to detail
• Provide professional consultation and recommendations
• Confident in upselling and promoting packages

💰 Salary & Incentives

• Base Salary: From $2,500
• 💵 Hands-on Fee: $5 – $15 per treatment
• 💰 Sales Commission: 3% – 10% (for sales above $20K)
• ✅ Additional earnings for strong performers

🕒 Working Hours

• Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 8 off days per month

• Experience in facial / beauty / wellness treatments
• Good hands-on technique and product knowledge
• Comfortable serving premium / discerning clients
• Well-groomed, pleasant and presentable
• Fluent in spoken English
• Service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Singaporean / PR preferred
